Returns

We offer refund or exchange on full priced items providing items are returned within 7 days and are returned in their original condition (unworn and unwashed, tags attached). Garments received with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange or return as all returned merchandise need to be in a re-saleable state. Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

If you are returning for a size exchange please make a purchase online to avoid delay and any disappointment in not obtaining your size.

If your item arrives damaged, please send a photograph to info@brianakish.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via this website.

Return Instructions:

  • Please email us at info@brianakish.com so we can provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Place your item/s back into the original bag and ensure swing tags are still attached
  • International exchanges will be given store credits for the price of the garment minus the shipping to repurchase to cover international shipping costs.
  • Returns & exchanges are processed within 2 business days after item is received and checked.
  • A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.
  • Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.
  • If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $20 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.

As soon as we receive your return we will promptly process your refund/exchange and notify you via email.

Briana Kish does not cover return postage costs. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. We are a boutique label with limited edition silk shirts so if the size or style you want is not available, you will be given a full refund. 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on brianakish.com. All exchanges will include a re-delivery shipping cost.
