We accept Mastercard and Visa, we do not accept American Express. All payments on this site are in Australian Dollars.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are processed pending product availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard Shipping - FREE: All orders placed will be dispatched the next business day after purchase, via Australia Post for delivery within 3-4 working days for metro areas and 4-7 days for rural areas.

Express Shipping - $13.95: All orders placed will be dispatched the next business day after purchase, via Australia Post for delivery within 1-2 working days for metro areas and 3-4 days for rural areas.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or Parcel Lockers. We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address as we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If the delivery is to a business address, please specify the business name.

We use Australia Post and each order has a tracking number. If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no secure place for the driver to leave your order, it will be taken to the nearest post office or to the carrier’s local depot. In the event that a parcel has gone missing, please contact us at info@brianakish.com. We do not take responsibility to replace missing goods.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

We are pleased to offer shipping worldwide at a flat rate of $25.

All international orders are sent with Australia Post Pack & Track International.   

This service is registered and fully trackable. 

Under the current Coronavirus circumstances we're making every effort to meet delivery times, however, the changing nature of both airline capacity and delivery services in destination countries, mean that these delivery estimates should be used as a guide only. Delivery delays may occur with countries/cities in lockdown.

  • UK and Ireland                            (9-18 business days)
  • US and Canada                           (7-15 business days
  • Rest of the World                        (8-20 business days)

Once your package has been posted you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information. A signature will be required on delivery. If your package is not signed for upon delivery, a note will be left at your address with instructions to arrange redelivery. If you refuse delivery of any order placed, the package will be returned to us. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

TAXES AND DUTY

We are not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If you parcel is delayed, please email us at info@brianakish.com.  We are not liable for wrong shipping information given to us when shipping information is asked at check out. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalising your order.

Please note Briana Kish is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us at info@brianakish.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we accept no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.
